Cookies and third-party content
This page explains what we put in your browser and which content comes from servers that are not ours. It covers kairostrategic.com and Kairos Hub.
1. Technical cookies (always on)
These are the cookies without which the service does not work, and for these the law does not require consent: they keep your session authenticated, remember the language you chose, protect forms against forged submissions, and store the choice you make about third-party content — yes, “no” has to be remembered somewhere too, otherwise we would ask you on every page.
2. Third-party content (blocked until you say so)
Three parts of the product display content that comes from outside companies. Loading it sends those companies your IP address, the page you are on and the time. Until you choose, we load nothing: in their place you get a box telling you who the provider is and what happens if you press “Load”.
- TradingView — chart, screener and economic calendar in the Tools section. Domain: tradingview.com.
- YouTube — thumbnails and videos of the training pills. We use the youtube-nocookie.com variant, which sets no advertising cookies; thumbnails come from i.ytimg.com.
- Spotify — the podcast player in the Training section. Domain: open.spotify.com.
You have three ways to decide, and none excludes the others: Load unlocks that single box and saves nothing; Always load remembers the choice for twelve months; Decline leaves everything blocked. You can change your mind at any time from Settings → Privacy → “Content from other sites”, and the choice resets.
3. What you will not find here
We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party behavioural tracking, and we do no profiled advertising. The measurements we do make concern your use of Kairos, stay inside Kairos and are the product itself: without them there would be no Kairos Score and no leaderboard. They are described in the privacy policy and rest on performance of the contract, not consent.
4. Error diagnostics
We use Sentry to notice when something breaks. It is not a tracking tool: it records the technical error, and email addresses and tokens are stripped before the data leaves Kairos. Servers are in the European Union and retention is 90 days.
5. How to delete cookies
Every browser lets you view and delete cookies from its own settings. If you delete the one holding your choice about third-party content, everything goes back to blocked and you will be asked again — which is the correct behaviour, not a fault.
