This policy describes how the site kairostrategic.com, operated by Kairos Republic SL, uses cookies and browser storage technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site saves on your device to recognise you between pages, remember preferences or make operations like sign-in and checkout work. Alongside cookies, similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage and session storage can be used in a similar way.

2. Cookies and storage used by kairostrategic.com

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage to operate the pages and the checkout. In particular:

  • session identifiers needed to complete the secure checkout via Stripe;
  • local storage to remember a few interface choices (for example language preferences or read states);
  • aggregated technical logs related to service stability and abuse prevention.

These cookies and equivalent technologies do not require your prior consent because they are essential to the service you requested, pursuant to art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and to the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools.

3. Traffic measurement (anonymous analytics)

To understand how the site is used we rely on Vercel Analytics, a measurement tool that does not install cookies, does not track users across different sites and only collects aggregated, anonymous data, without any profiling. Because of these properties it qualifies as a technical tool and does not require your prior consent. The site does not install profiling cookies, third-party advertising cookies, social tracking pixels or commercial analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.

4. Future updates

If we decide in the future to introduce analytics or marketing tools that require user consent, we will update this policy and show a consent banner compliant with the GDPR and the Italian and Spanish regulations before activating those tools, with the option to accept, reject or customise the choice.

5. How to manage cookies

You can delete or limit cookies at any time from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair some areas of the site, in particular the checkout.
