Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to the site kairostrategic.com and the services offered by Kairos Republic SL (NIF B27578723, registered office at Avenida El Cardonal, bloque 142, 38108 San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain). By signing up or purchasing you fully accept the conditions described here.

1. Scope of the service

Kairos is a SaaS platform for behavioral analytics and a set of tools designed for decision process discipline: recording of operating decisions, measuring process quality, turning recurring errors into operating rules.

Kairos does not provide trading signals, investment recommendations, personalised financial advice, asset management or any other investment service under European law (in particular Directive 2014/65/EU — MiFID II) and Italian and Spanish law.

2. Plans, prices and payment terms

Currently the available accesses are the following:

Kairos Hub — €59.99/month as launch price for the first 3 months, then €69.99/month; alternatively €699.99/year. The 14-day trial applies only to the monthly plan. Automatic renewal unless cancelled.
Kairos Elite — individual strategic 1:1 path with the founder, delivered by application; price, duration and conditions agreed in writing before activation.

All payments are handled through Stripe. Prices are stated in euros and are understood to include the taxes applicable to the final consumer, when due. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice; any change applies only to renewals after notice to the user, never retroactively.

3. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

If you purchase as a consumer resident in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from activation, without giving any reason, writing to support@kairostrategic.com. The refund will be made using the same payment methods used.

By actively starting to use the platform during the trial period or the withdrawal period, the user requests the immediate performance of the service. In that case, under applicable law, the right of withdrawal lapses for the part of the service actually used.

At any time you can cancel the Kairos Hub subscription from your user area or by writing to support@kairostrategic.com. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; access to the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Exclusion of financial advice

Kairos Republic SL is not authorised and does not intend to provide investment services. No content of the site, the platform, the service communications or the outputs of Kairos AI constitutes personalised investment recommendation, solicitation to invest, financial advice or guarantee of returns. The tools support the quality of the decision process; every operating decision remains the user’s responsibility.

5. Trading risk

Trading and financial investment involve significant risk, up to total loss of the invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. The user declares to be aware of this risk and to operate under their exclusive responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers, the total liability of Kairos Republic SL towards the user is limited to the amount actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In any case, indirect damages, loss of profit, lost earnings and financial losses arising from the user’s operating decisions are excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the platform, the Kairos trademark, the editorial content, the method, the software, the design and any distinctive element are the exclusive property of Kairos Republic SL and protected by applicable rules on copyright, trademarks and trade secrets. The subscription grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence, limited to internal use and to the subscription period only.

8. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights provided to consumers in the European Union, to whom the law of their country of residence and the jurisdiction of their place of domicile continue to apply.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms for operational, legal or product reasons. Changes will be published on the site and, if material, communicated by email; the conditions in force at the time of renewal apply to the following period.
