Privacy Policy

This notice describes how Kairos Republic SL processes the personal data collected through kairostrategic.com, including the checkout, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable personal data protection rules.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Kairos Republic SL, NIF B27578723, with registered office at Avenida El Cardonal, bloque 142, 38108 San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain). For any privacy matter the contact is privacy@kairostrategic.com.

2. Data collected by the site

Through this site we collect:

  • the email you provide during checkout, used to create access, for billing and for service communications related to the subscription;
  • name, email and message content you send via the strategic contact form;
  • essential technical data: IP address, minimal access logs, session identifiers and strictly necessary technical cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures — checkout management, subscription activation and management, billing and response to your information requests (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legal obligations — bookkeeping, tax and any other obligations imposed by applicable law (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest — site security, fraud and abuse prevention, technical maintenance and management of contact requests (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed, as processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, by the following technical providers:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing and billing;
  • Xano — backend infrastructure (database, authentication, API);
  • Vercel — site hosting and delivery.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

5. Extra-EU transfers

Some of the providers listed above operate servers or offices outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place with the adequate safeguards provided by Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission and any additional security measures.

6. Retention periods

  • checkout, subscription and billing data: for the time required by applicable tax and accounting obligations (typically 10 years);
  • messages received through the contact form: up to 24 months from the last exchange, unless the contact turns into a contractual relationship;
  • technical and security logs: typically no longer than 12 months.

When retention expires the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by arts. 15-22 of the GDPR, namely the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erasure (right to be forgotten);
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights write to privacy@kairostrategic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the authority of your EU country of residence (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Privacy of the Kairos Hub platform

The data you enter inside the Kairos Hub platform (hub.kairostrategic.com) — journal, scoring, governance, interactions with Kairos AI and similar — is processed by the same controller (Kairos Republic SL) but under the platform’s specific privacy policy, available at hub.kairostrategic.com/privacy. To exercise GDPR rights related to that data the contact address remains privacy@kairostrategic.com.

9. Changes to the policy

We may update this notice to align it with new site features, new providers or the evolution of the law. The last-updated date is shown at the top and indicates the version currently in force.
